The Ministry of Health plans to form digital medical profiles of insured Russians by 2024 and by 2025 actually provide digital prevention in the country. This was announced on October 6, 2023 by the press service of the State Duma deputy RFAnton Nemkin.

We are faced with an ambitious task - in 2023 to form a single system of personalized accounting and in 14 pilot regions to begin its implementation with the subsequent expansion of the number of subjects. By 2024, to form in full digital medical profiles of insured citizens and by 2025 to actually provide digital prevention in the country, - said the Minister of Health of Russia Mikhail Murashko.

According to Murashko, artificial intelligence programs are already being used in many regions. At least one such software product in each subject will work this year, while the mechanisms of operation are being installed and debugged.
