Sergey Kitov: At implementation of a HRM system it is necessary to be ready to the fact that finance costs on its adaptation to needs of the enterprise will be involved

Real experience of implementation of a HRM system clearly demonstrates features of project implementation and its reefs. So, process of transition from old accounting systems on new during which it was necessary to transfer data to the last on 12,000 working and more than on 10,000 dismissed employees was one of the most difficult moments at implementation of a HRM system in Magnezit company.
