On July 5, 2024, ВИ.ру PJSC (ВсеИнструменты.ру brand) carried out the procedure for the initial public offering (IPO) on the Moscow Exchange. The securities are traded under the ticker symbol VSEH (ISIN RU000A108K09).

At the same time, the level of demand over the entire price range in the requisition book was almost identical.
The placement passed along the lower border of the specified range (200 rubles), which corresponds to the company's market capitalization in the amount of 100 billion rubles. According to the results of the IPO, the largest shareholder retained a controlling stake in the authorized capital. Stabilization of exchange trading in the amount of up to 15% of the volume of shares sold as part of the IPO will be valid for 30 days.
It is also said that "ВсеИнструменты.ру" provided a balanced allocation between retail and institutional investors - 15% and 79% of the supply volume, respectively. The transfer of the holding company to Russia is in line with our development strategy. |
AKIT President Artem Sokolov, in a conversation with RB.ru, called the re-registration of business of Russian origin in the Russian Federation a natural step that can reduce the economic and legal risks of business.
In turn, Infoline CEO Ivan Fedyakov believes that redomilation has more disadvantages than advantages. According to the expert, companies are cut off from external financing, and the rights of minority shareholders are not protected as they are protected by the so-called London law (legislation Cyprus allows you to work with shareholders in accordance with it),
Ivan Fedyakov is confident that ВсеИнструменты.ру will leave the same business in Russia, and if the company wants to scale it, it will most likely attract other legal entities and projects.
The company will continue to work in Russia as it worked. The niche occupied by them in Russia between offline retailers and marketplaces will continue to strengthen. "ВсеИнструменты.ру" has good positions, although, of course, competition will tighten in the future, - added the head of Infoline.[3] |
