2021: Pharmacy Chain 36.6 bought 36.6 Health

At the end of November 2021, it became known about the sale of 100% of the Tver network of pharmacies 36.6 Health to Pharmacy Network 36.6 (brands 36.6 and Gorzdrav). According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Pharmacy-A.V.E. LLC (operates 36.6 pharmacies in Moscow) and Pharmacy-A.V.E.-1 LLC (manages 36.6 pharmacies in the Moscow Region and Kaluga Region) became co-owners of 50% of 36.6 Health LLC.

According to the press service of PJSC Pharmacy Chain 36.6, the purchase of the 36.6 Health network allowed the company to enter the Tver region as part of a strategy for expanding regional expansion.

According to AlphaRM, the 36.6 Health network includes 37 pharmacies. The company is in 153 place in the rating of pharmacy chains with a share of 0.05%. Between September 2020 and September 2021, network turnover grew by 2%. Before the deal with the 36.6 Pharmacy Chain, the Tver company was owned by Marina Grigoryan.

It also became known that Pharmacy-A.V.E. LLC and Pharmacy-A.V.E.-1 LLC also became co-owners of 50% of Pride LLC, the former owner was Emil Varpetyan. The company owns part of the pharmacies of the 36.6 Health network.

At the end of May 2021, the general director of 36.6, Alexander Kuzin, told Vedomosti about plans for the regional expansion of the group into 20 regions. In February 2021, Pharmacy-A.V.E.-1 received a license for seven pharmacies in Kaluga and Obninsk. According to the Gorzdrava website, five pharmacies have been opened under this brand in Kaluga and Obninsk, three more in Voronezh.

According to the DSM Group, by the beginning of 2021, the 36.6 network included 1,461 points, and the market share reached 4.3%. In the company's statements for the first quarter of 2021, the Moscow Credit Bank, which owns 17.28%, is listed among its shareholders. The other owners are not disclosed.

According to the head of the DSM Group, Sergei Shulyak, the potential for development in Moscow and St. Petersburg, "36.6" has long been exhausted, in these cities there are no more players who could be interesting to it from the point of view of absorption.[1]
