ABC-medicine

ABC-Medicine is a multidisciplinary network of clinics for adults and children, managing 14 points in Moscow and the Moscow region. The network was created in 2013 by the former top manager of Medsi and EMS Oleg Kaybelov in partnership with the president of the development and construction group of FGC companies Vladimir Voronin. Clinics specialize in outpatient services and also provide dental care. The main owners of ABC-Medicine LLC are Vladimir Voronin (80%) and Signalstroygroup LLC, which is part of the FGC circuit (10%), and Oleg Kaybelov has another 10% of the company (by September 2024).

2025

Purchase of 100% network of clinics "Niarmedic"

In December 2025, the capital's network of clinics "ABC-Medicine" acquired 100% of the network of private clinics "Niarmedic" from the holding "Doctor Nearby." As part of the transaction, 13 multidisciplinary medical centers in Moscow and one clinic in Obninsk were transferred to the buyer. All institutions will operate under a single ABC-Medicine brand. Purchase of the Moscow network of diagnostic centers "MRT24"

A controlling stake in the Moscow network of diagnostic centers "MRT24" was acquired by the medical holding "ABC-Medicine." 2024

Head of FGC Vladimir Voronin consolidated his stake in ABC-Medicine

The head FGC Construction Group Vladimir Voronin consolidated full control over the AVS- network of multidisciplinary clinics, Medicine having bought out the share of his partner Oleg Kaybelov. The deal was completed in November 2024, making Voronin the sole owner of the company. Oleg Kaibelov, who previously owned a 10% stake in ABC-Medicine LLC, transferred his stake to a partner, which is confirmed by the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL).

According to Kommersant, the amount of the transaction could range from 160 to ₽180 million, while the total value of the asset is estimated above ₽2 billion. After changes in the ownership structure, no significant adjustments are planned in the ABC-Medicine strategy. The company will continue to focus on the development of polyclinic services and the expansion of its territory. The representative of the network noted that the main focus will remain the provision of high-quality medical care and the expansion of the geographical presence.

The network of clinics "ABC-Medicine" was created by Vladimir Voronin and Oleg Kaybelov.
