2023: Freedom Holding bought Arbuz Group

On June 21, 2023, Freedom Holding announced the purchase of 81.92% of Arbuz Group from a group of private investors. The company did not disclose the value of the transaction.

Being one of the largest domestic Internet sites, the startup also makes a great contribution to the development of e-commerce in our country, "said Timur Turlov, Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Holding Corp, who has been a shareholder of Arbuz Group since 2019. After the completion of the transaction, the entrepreneur remains 18% in the company.
