Aurus is a Russian vendor specializing in the development of software for call centers and corporate IP telephony.
Products
According to information for August 2022, Aurus offers replicated solutions of its own production:
- PhoneUP - recording calls, screens and quality control in contact centers for Cisco UCM and more;
- RichCall - video call and visual technical support of clients (can be integrated with any solution for building a call center);
- Outbound is an outgoing call system for conducting mass campaigns in a contact center (phone call, e-mail, SMS), which includes the entire cycle of interaction with clients from forming a call list to creating reports.
In addition, Aurus has a whole pool of solutions for expanding the basic capabilities of telephony and VKS based on Cisco technologies, which are integrated into the existing IT infrastructure. All software is included in the register of domestic POMinFigures of Russia.

Rebranding
The Russian manufacturer software for corporate IP telephony call centers and BKS- IT announced in February 2012 that it was rebranding. Since 2012, the development and promotion of solutions, in particular, the extension package for corporate IP telephony Cisco PhoneUP and the virtual service service for RichCall contact centers, will be carried out under the name Aurus (Aurus LLC). The main reason for the rebranding was the choice of the priority direction of the company's activities - the development of software in the field of corporate communications and contact centers. In 2010, BKS-IT released a package of PhoneUP services, which in 2011 was awarded the title "Success of the Year" in the category "Business Telephony and Unified Communications" based on the results of a competition held by the "Journal of Network Technology/LAN." And in 2012, an innovative call center solution, RichCall, entered the Russian market. An additional impetus for renaming was accreditation in the Skolkovo innovation fund and plans to promote software products abroad.
2010
As of 2010, the company:
- used a quality management system based on world standards (CMMI, IEEE, Rational Unified Process, ISO 9001:2000);
- met all basic requirements in the field of protection of intellectual property rights;
- took all measures to ensure the confidentiality of information received from the client during the project;
- had more than 100 successfully completed projects for Russian and foreign customers.
