History

2023: Official truck dealer Sitrak

In January 2023, the Kotlyakovka AutoSpecCenter signed a partnership agreement, according to which the dealership became the official seller of truck brand the Chinese in. RUSSIAN FEDERATION AutoSpecCenter Kotlyakovka offers corporate and retail customers cargo transport and spare parts SITRAK, as well as provides warranty and post-warranty service. The company announced this on February 19, 2023.

Having become an official partner of the SITRAK brand, the Kotlyakovka AutoSpecCenter began selling the main line of Sitrak C7H series equipment.

In 2022, SITRAK sales in Russia amounted to 3462 cars. Thus, the Chinese manufacturer took 4.1% on the Russian truck market just a year after it appeared in the Russian Federation in 2021.

In August 2022, the portfolio of brands included in the AvtoSpecCenter Group of Companies was replenished with Chinese HISUN. The Haisan Vnukovo dealership is located at the AutoSpecCenter Vnukovo location at 23 km of the Kyiv highway and offers services for the sale and maintenance of off-road equipment for outdoor activities: ATVs and buggies.

HISUN ATVs are common both internationally and in China. The company has earned the trust of customers in America and Europe and as of August 2022 is actively developing sales in Russia. HISUN's portfolio includes a large range of ATVs with an engine capacity of 110 to 1000 sm³ (UTV).

Dealership agreement with Changan Motors Rus

On July 11, 2022, AvtoSpecCenter Group of Companies signed a dealer agreement with Changan, part of the Big Four automakers from China. Changan Vnukovo Center is the first Changan dealership in the holding's portfolio.

The new dealership is located on 23 km of the Kyiv highway and is part of the AvtoSpetsCenter Vnukovo automobile village. The location was opened in 2014 and is located near the metro stations Filatov Lug and Salaryevo. The showroom with an area of ​ ​ more than 500 square meters presents the entire lineup of the Chinese brand. Guests can access the test drive option and a full range of related services: service, trade-in, accessories, car insurance and car loans. 2017

  • At the end of 2017, the total turnover of the ASC, taking into account sales and service of cars, remained at the level of last year and amounted to 68.724 billion rubles against 68.938 billion rubles in 2016. The difference in indicators was -0.31%.
  • During 2017, dealerships of AvtoSpecCenter Group sold 37,080 cars, of which new ones: retail sales - 18,267, corporate sales - 8,029, commercial transport - 639; cars with mileage - 10,145. The gain in used cars was 8.36%, which is 6.26% higher than the market growth.
  • 46% of all sales of ASCs are on credit, which is 4% higher than a year earlier.
  • The total number of developed standard hours remained at the level of last year and at the end of 2017 amounted to 1,458,194, taking into account the work on the installation of additional equipment against 1,467,953 hours in 2016. The difference in indicators was -0.66%.

2016

At the end of 2016, the total turnover of the ASC, taking into account sales and service of cars, reached 68.938 billion rubles, which is 12.5% more than in the same period in 2015.

  • Over the past year, our dealerships sold 40,396 cars, of which new: retail sales - 19,601, corporate sales - 10,847, commercial transport - 596; cars with mileage - 9,352.
  • Thus, against the background of an 11% fall in the new car market, the increase in sales of new ASC cars was 11%. According to AEB statistics, the fall in sales of new cars of brands included in the ASC portfolio amounted to 12%.
  • Thus, the ASC is 23% higher than the market. The gain in used cars was 10.88%, which is 4.88% above the market.
  • The total turnover of the group of companies, taking into account sales and servicing of cars, reached 68.938 billion rubles, which is 12.5% more than in the same period in 2015.

The main achievements of the ASC in 2016:

  • KIA Maryino AutoSpecCenter took the leading place in terms of market share in Moscow in 2016 - 7.3%;
  • KIA Kashirka AutoSpecCenter - on the third line of the rating among KIA dealers in Moscow - 6.1%;
  • AvtoSpecCenter Datsun - the leader of the Moscow market in sales of Datsun cars in 2016 - 34.8%;
  • Dealerships, Audi which are part of the ASC, in total took the leading position in sales in Moscow - 34.1%;
  • Infiniti dealerships, which are part of the ASC, also took a total of 36.7% of the leading sales positions in Moscow.

The total number of standard hours worked out at the end of 2016 is 1,476,173, taking into account the work on the installation of additional equipment.

It should be noted that the dealerships Audi Center Taganka, Audi Center Varshavka and Volkswagen Center Vnukovo in 2016 retain and increase momentum relative to 2015 and are the leaders in the development of a group of companies among auto centers. The maximum positive dynamics compared to last year was demonstrated by dealerships located in Vnukovo: BMW/MINI Advent-Auto, AutoSpecCenter ŠKODA Vnukovo and AutoSpecCenter Nissan Vnukovo and AutoSpecCenter Datsun Khimki.

2015

The Company's assets in 2015 according to IFRS statements increased to RUB 15.8 billion, equity amounted to RUB ~ 4.7 billion. The Group's total debt as at 31.12.2015 amounted to RUB 7.3 billion (including accrued interest), an increase of 66.3% over the year; as of 05.09.2016, the amount of debt remained at the same level.

At the end of 2015, Debt/Revenue was 0.2x, Debt/EBITDA ─ 3.4x. The debt structure of the Company is 51% short-term, while refinancing risks are assessed as low due to the positive credit history and stable partnerships with banks. The Company's revenue for 2015 amounted to RUB 47.6 billion (-2.4% compared to 2014), EBITDA ─ RUB 2.14 billion (-31%), net profit ─ RUB 894.2 million (-52%). The decrease in operating indicators was due to a reduction in trade margins by dealers in order to maintain and increase market share in the face of lower demand for new cars. EBITDA margin in 2015 amounted to 4.5%, net profitability - 1.9%.
