All this entails a continuous complication of the IT landscape and requires modern approaches in IT management.

The tasks of developing the IT direction under the leadership of Maxim include restructuring the unified IT service, introducing a service approach into the IT division, switching to a single DMS system, normalizing and controlling NSI, etc., Avtodom said.
