2019: Дом.ru took 100% of shares of Bing-TV

On December 25, 2019 TAdviser announced JSC ER-Telecom Holding (TM "Дом.ru Telemir") completion of the transaction on acquisition at municipality of Lipetsk 100% of stocks of JSC Bing-TV, the chief operator of area servicing on-door speakerphones and the systems of community reception of television.

As a result of the transaction the united company will strengthen positions in the market of intercom services and also will increase a share in the market of a CATV (cable television) in a b2c segment. Operators will integrate the resources for providing high-quality customer service and also the advanced telecommunication services and solutions which will be available to clients of both companies. In 2020 the company upgrades intercom network JSC Bing-TV at 400 entrances, having replaced outdated panels with smart IP on-door speakerphones. Modern technologies will allow to open doors and to watch a situation on the street through the application in the Clever Дом.ru smartphone from an every spot on the globe where there is an Internet.
