Celcite Management Solutions

The Amdocs company, the system provider and services in a reach of clients, announced in November, 2014 the conclusion of the final agreement about purchase of all company assets of Celcite Management Solutions. According to terms of agreement, transaction amount will be about $129 million.

This absorption will expand Amdocs solution portfolio for customer service, having complemented it with technologies in the field of the network software that will allow to manage customer service quality both in networks, and with IT systems. Closing of the transaction is expected current financial quarter of Amdocs or at the beginning of the second financial quarter at the end.

The decision on acquisition of Celcite is caused by need to develop the direction of business begun with implementation of the transaction on Actix company takeover that shows aspiration of Amdocs more actively to develop the strategy in network software and services. Having integrated the products Actix with technologies and services of management and optimization of network from Celcite, Amdocs will be able to offer telecom operators the end-to-end systems of optimization which are not depending on the hardware solutions used in network.

Besides, Amdocs will expand the portfolio of CES (Customer Experience Systems) taking into account the location-based data directed to quality improvement of service (QOS).
