FSUE TsNIImash is the parent organization of the Federal Space Agency for the management of civilian spacecraft. The TsNIImash Mission Control Center provides round-the-clock control of the Russian segment of the International Space Station (ISS), the Soyuz and Progress spacecraft. TSUP manages spacecraft for scientific and socio-economic purposes, participates in the international projects "Sea Launch" and "Mars-500."

History

2023: Those who stole 300 million rubles from Roscosmos during the construction of the mission control center received 7 years in prison

In February 2023, the Khoroshevsky court Moscow sentenced in the case of embezzlement of more than 300 million rubles budget funds during the reconstruction of the buildings of the Mission Control Center (TSUP) "" in Roskosmos Korolev. The court found Alexandra Osipova Kazbek Tebiev, general director of the Delta Stroy contracting construction company and an employee of the SU-24 subcontractor, guilty of large-scale fraud (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). 2020:7 years in prison for treason

On June 22, 2020, the Moscow Regional Court sentenced the head of the Center for Heat Exchange and Aerogasdynamics (CTA) of the Central Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering (TsNIIMash, the head scientific institute of the state corporation Roskosmos"") Roman Kovalev to seven years in prison for high treason. 2019: Project Office Formation

As of April 11, 2019, on the basis of FSUE TsNIImash, the project office of the federal target company Sphere was formed, headed by General Director Sergei Koblov.

The project office includes more than 70 representatives of the state corporation Roscosmos, federal executive bodies, commercial companies and industrial organizations.

According to Sergey Prokhorov, Director of the Department of Advanced Programs and the Sphere Project of the Roscosmos State Corporation, for April, the project office collects and consolidates the proposals of the Federal Investment Fund for subsequent inclusion in the draft concept of the federal target program Sphere[1]
