2024: Revenue growth by 70% to 7 billion rubles (forecast )

The Cross Technologies group of companies, which includes the integrator of solutions and the provider of services for information security "Cross Technologies" and the company providing service services in the field of IT and information security "ESA Pro," on December 24, 2024 shared with TAdviser preliminary results of 2024. The projected revenue under RAS for the financial year will be at least 7 billion rubles. In annual terms, in comparison with 2023 (4.09 billion), revenue growth will be 70%, and in comparison with 2022 (3 billion) - 130%.

According to the company's estimates, the main growth is provided both by the sale and implementation of software and hardware information security products of Russian developers and the provision of services, as well as by expanding the industry portfolio of projects, in particular, in the industrial sector and in the fuel and energy complex companies. In 2024, the company entered into contracts with 38 new customers, the volume of new business amounted to 19% of annual revenue.

Revenue growth is also associated with an increase in demand for information security services due to an increase in the quality and number of cyber attacks and changes in legislation. Along with the demand for services, the volume of revenue is also growing. The share of services in the revenue of the group of companies is 21%. In 2024, revenue from this area of ​ ​ activity increased 4 times, said Cross Technologies.

Among the services that lead in terms of the volume of provision, in addition to traditional ones (design and implementation), in 2024 there are: protection of state information systems, personal data and critical information infrastructure facilities (15% of the total volume of services provided by the company), support of IPS (17%), as well as pentest and RedTeam (9%).

Domestic next-generation firewalls (Next-Generation Firewall, NGFW) became the leader in the number of implementations of information protection tools (IPS) among Russian companies in 2024. The second place is shared by database protection tools and products for building secure communication channels (for example, crypto gateways). If we compare from 2023, then at that time, along with NGFW, there was a very high interest in SIEM solutions, the company noted.

In 2024, Cross Technologies entered into 13 new partnership agreements with Russian suppliers and developers of information protection tools, including MAS Platform, OKB SAPR, Numerator Laboratory, Future Crew, etc. In total, the company works with 100 information security solutions companies.

The number of employees of the company is also increasing: in 2024 it grew by 31% - from 160 people in January to 210 in early December. The staff of the technical division, which increased by 48% due to the development of the design and implementation department, and the pentest team, expanded especially noticeably. The service center is also growing, which increased by 25% due to the growth of teams of the technical support department, the cybersecurity center and the creation of a new team - the brand protection department, shared in Cross Technologies.

In 2025, the company expects an increase in budgets for information security both among current customers and in the market as a whole, which is due not only to the introduction of working fines for repeated personal data leaks, but also to an increase in awareness of cyber threats. The introduction of artificial intelligence and machine learning will give additional dynamics to the information security market. Also in 2025, the demand for consulting services and outsourcing will grow significantly, which is associated with new regulatory requirements and legislative initiatives, according to the company.

The company plans to develop the direction of information security services, in particular, external SOC (Security Operation Center).

2023: Revenue growth to RUB 4.09 billion

The Cross Technologies Group of Companies completed 2023 with revenue of 4.09 billion rubles against 3 billion rubles a year earlier. At the same time, net profit decreased significantly - from 362.2 million to 32.4 million rubles. This is evidenced by the data of the Kontur.
