2024: Revenue growth doubled to 1.5 billion rubles

At the end of 2024, the Perm software developer Digital Futures Systems LLC (DFS LLC) recorded revenue of 1.5 billion rubles. This is about twice as much as in 2023, when the company received 740.6 million rubles. Such data are reflected in the financial report published on March 3, 2025.

The net profit of DFS in 2024 amounted to 152.2 million rubles. This is 13.3% more than the previous year, when the company earned 134.3 million rubles. The cost of sales on an annualized basis rose by 131% - from 591.7 million rubles to 1.3 billion rubles.

DFS was registered in February 2019 in the Perm Territory with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles. As of the beginning of March 2025, 100% of the shares of DFS belong to entrepreneur Mikhail Kulakov, who is also the general director of the organization. The main area of ​ ​ activity is the development of computer software.

The DFS website says that, in addition to creating software, the company provides a number of other services. These include: outsourcing, data management and deep analytics, turnkey implementation of ready-made business applications and their technical support, development of unique custom solutions, as well as design and development of management systems, decision support systems, information and analytical and accounting systems.

DFS is also engaged in comprehensive automation of the activities of state institutions, the creation of situation centers, and the management of investment programs and projects. Among the customers are named: Department of Information Technologies of the city of Moscow, Ministry of Information Development and Communications of the Perm Territory, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.^[1]

History

2025: Appointment as the sole contractor for the maintenance of the portal of state programs of the Russian Federation

The company "Digital Futures Systems" with Perm roots was determined by the sole executor of work on the development and maintenance of the portal of state programs Russia in 2025-2026. The document says that the customer of the work is the Ministry of Economic Development. Within the framework of government contracts, Digital Futures Systems will be able to attract subcontractors, subject to personal fulfillment of at least 85% of the value of obligations under each contract. Contracts can be concluded for a period until December 31, 2026.

However, judging by the information posted on the portal, it has not been updated since 2023. When visiting the site, a notification is displayed as follows:
