Dianet

"Дианэт" — one of the oldest Internet service providers of Altai Krai. The company working at the market since 2002 is created as a result of merge of telecommunication operators "DialogSIbir-Barnaul" and "Netky".

By the end of June, 2020 of "Dianet" works in many cities of the region, including in Barnaul, Biysk, Aleysk, Belokurikha, Zarinsk and the Stone - on - Ob. The company renders services broadband access, cable TV and video surveillance for private clients and also provides broadband access, telephony and server capacities to corporate customers.

Performance Indicators

According to data of base " circuit.focus ", at the end of 2019 revenue of Dianet LLC grew by 7% concerning the 2018th and made 130 million rubles. Net profit during this time increased almost by a quarter and reached 7.1 million rubles.

2020: ER-Telecom purchased "Dianet"

At the end of June, 2020 it became known of sale of Dianet "ER-Telecom to Holding". The cost of the transaction does not reveal.

Announced the Kontinent Sibir edition  with reference to the data posted on the website of disclosure of corporate information sale of Dianet. The Perm division of the company approved purchase of the regional operator. 

ER-Telecom buys the Altai Internet service provider "Dianet"

According to the protocol of Board of Directors, ER-Telecom purchased 100% of Svod LLC, 1% of Dianet LLC (the remained 99% — from Svod LLC), 1% of Svyazservice LLC (the remained 99% — from Svod LLC) and 1% of Дианэт.ру LLC (the remained 99% — from Svod LLC). Ekaterina Tepelova and Sergey Shipunov acted as sellers.

Purchase of one of the oldest Altai Internet service providers became known after large organizational changes in "ER-Telecom Holding". Alexey Linkov who earlier this year left a post of the CEO of Novotelekom which is a part "ER-Telecom of Holding" became the head of one of such branches integrating Altai Krai, the Novosibirsk region, the Tomsk region, the Kemerovo region, the Republic of Khakassia.^[1]
