Domino's Pizza's previous owner was DP Eurasia. On August 21, she announced the cessation of attempts to sell Russian assets of a pizzeria in Russia and announced the launch of bankruptcy proceedings. According to experts, after the end of the procedure, the company's presence in the Russian Federation will sharply decrease. DP Eurasia itself claims that the reason for the bankruptcy of the network was the complication of the conditions for doing business in the Russian Federation.

In July 2023, it was reported that the Domino's Pizza chain would change its name in Russia. It was said that from July 17, pizzerias will start working under the Best Price Pizza brand. Meanwhile, representatives of Domino's Pizza denied the change of brand, noting that the network will continue to operate under the same name.

On August 23, 2023, Anton Pinsky said that he entered into negotiations with franchisees.
