Equio (e.Queo) was founded in 2014, the founders are Aleksei Vagin and Dmitry Kostomarov. As of August 2018, project team e. Queo consists of more than 60 people - developers and business development employees.

2021: Revenue growth by 74% to RUR 374 mln
In 2021, Equio maintained positive financial performance, improving 2020 results. Revenue amounted to more than 374 million rubles, which is 72% more than in 2020. The company announced this on February 17, 2022.
In 2021, Equio began to actively enter new sales markets and develop solutions for new segments. So, in the fall, Equio presented the HoReCa School industry solution for Human Resources Management the restaurant and hotel business segment, which takes into account the peculiarities of the hospitality sector, helps in the quick adaptation of waiters, bartenders and kitchen workers. This solution comes with a ready-made educational content one (training courses and tests) and allows you to launch a new one restaurant as soon as possible.
In 2021, the company launched a product specially prepared for the small and medium-sized business segment. In a single web portal and mobile applications under the Equio brand, any company with an annual budget of 100 thousand rubles or more can create an account and start using a platform with functionality previously available only to very large companies.
Equio also launched a marketplace of ready-made courses for the B2B segment. As of February 2022, the company is an official partner and distributor of the best manufacturers of ready-made educational content in Russia. Now corporate clients can collect the desired library of courses from different manufacturers in one place and buy them at manufacturer prices in the format of a "one-stop shop" service, when access to all kinds of trainings is provided inside one platform. This service has become in demand by many customers, as it minimizes the administrative costs of purchasing and maintaining contracts.
Throughout the year, the company focused on improving customer service and a personalized approach to customers. A lot of work has been done to build high-quality technical support for customers in a round-the-clock format seven days a week. This mode allows you to quickly process requests from users and administrators living in any time zone. The average response time is 3 minutes for a chat response and 1.5 hours for complex email requests . 2019: Raising 1 million investments from OKS Group (in operation)
On September 18, 2019, it became known that the investment company OKS Group invested $1 million in Equio. The Russian software developer intends to use the funds raised for marketing and increasing its share in the digital solutions market in the management, training and motivation of line employees. By 2021, it is planned to bring it to 30%.
According to Mark Hanney, CEO and Managing Partner of OKS Group, the decision to invest in Equilo was made due to the fact that this company is "the leading player at the intersection of several actively growing markets at once: EdTech, TalentTech and HR Tech."

OKS Group became the first investor in Equio since the start of product development and the creation of the company in 2014. Previously, the company developed at the personal expense of founder Aleksei Vagin, as well as through income from the sale of licenses for access to the Equio platform. In 2019, this service is used by more than 40 large companies that have installed the Equio application for more than 200 thousand employees in Russia and the EAEU. Equio's clients include MTC, Megafon, Henkel, Jacobs, PepsiCo, LafargeHolcim, Nordgold, Lacoste and Tom Tailor.
Equio plans in 2019 to double sales of platform licenses relative to $130 million from this business in 2018.
