Co-owner of Medskan holding bought Euroonko group
In September 2024, the co-owner of the Medskan holding, Yevgeny Tugolukov, acquired the Euroonko group of companies, which develops a federal network of expert oncology clinics under the same brand. The transaction was completed with the participation of Tetra JSC, the beneficial owner of which is Tugolukov. According to the results of corporate procedures and approvals of regulators, Tetra will become the full owner of Euroonko.
According to Vedomosti, Tetra has entered into agreements on the acquisition of 99.99% of the group's parent company, 812 Capital LLC, from the main owner of Euroonko, Khvichi Akubardia, and the general director of the network's management company, Alexander Sviridov.

2023: Sberbank bought 10% of Euroonko
Sber bought 9.99% of the Euroonko network of cancer clinics, which became known at the end of August 2023. 2021: Fake licence revocation claim at clinic
On November 17, 2021, it became known about the initiation of a criminal case in Moscow on the fact of license fraud in the Euroonko private clinic. Employees of a medical institution specializing in the treatment of cancer turned to law enforcement agencies after the appearance of a fake order to terminate the license.
According to TASS, citing its informant, an unknown person provided a fake statement about the termination of the licensed type of activity of Euroonko to the licensing and accreditation department of the city of Moscow.
As explained to the news agency in the clinic, someone tried in this way to impede the work of providing medical care to the population, but the arbitration court stopped the order. The clinic continues to operate without restrictions by September 17, 2021. According to information received from regulatory authorities, the territorial body of Roszdravnadzor and the Moscow Department of Health (DZM) are not aware of the current situation and have no questions for the organization.
As follows from the materials of the Moscow Arbitration Court, the Euroonko license terminated on September 2, 2021, and on November 16, the court refused to invalidate this decision. At the same time, the court imposed interim measures and stopped the order of the DZM, in connection with which the clinic operates normally and without restrictions.
The leaders of Moscow clinics interviewed by TASS call the incident with the Euroonko clinic a "shocking story" and propose to tighten the requirements under similar circumstances.
A criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of a deliberately forged document). On the fact of the incident, the clinic appealed to the Moscow prosecutor's office, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow, the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Moscow and the FSB of Russia in Moscow and the Moscow region.[3]
