Digital Human Resources Document Testing in Two Divisions

On October 8, 2020, PEC announced the inclusion of the Ministry of Labor in the digital "pilot."

From October 1, 2020, Russian companies can use the Work in Russia portal, launched as part of an experiment by the Federal Service for Labor and Employment of the Russian Federation to switch to electronic personnel documents (ECD), to conduct personnel electronic document management. The transport company PEC has joined the pilot implementation of ECD and is testing the transition to digital personnel document management of its two divisions.

The experiment of the Ministry of Labor will allow employers to create, use and store personnel documents in electronic form and not duplicate them on paper, as previously required.

The "digital experiment" in the labor market is carried out in order to work out the operational transfer of employees to a remote mode and gives employers the opportunity to study the tasks that may arise.

Thus, it is supposed to translate into electronic form such documents as an employment contract, an order to hire and dismiss, a vacation schedule, local regulations and orders. The ECD system allows digital personnel document management both in the employer's information systems and on the Work of Russia portal, and also involves the use of various types of electronic signatures for employers and employees.

The experience of quarantine restrictions, the need to minimize social contacts and the associated transition to a remote mode of work for employees of many Russian companies have revealed the importance of using remote technologies in formalizing labor relations, - said Vladislav Sarnatsky, IT Director of PEK. - PEC takes an active part in the experiment of the Ministry of Labor on the introduction of paperless personnel document management. PEC is testing a project of personnel electronic document management with 300 employees, the experiment will be completed by the end of 2020.

According to him, the transition to EKD will allow employers to reduce costs, automate personnel processes and increase the efficiency of management in the company. At the same time, the employee gets the opportunity to promptly interact with the personnel department of his company, access to the federal bank of vacancies and simplified interaction with state social services.

The All-Russian experiment on electronic personnel document management is carried out in accordance with Law No. 122-FZ "On Conducting an Experiment on the Use of Electronic Documents Related to Work" dated April 24, 2020. As of October 2020, 129 employers are participating in a voluntary experiment Russia.

Suppression of activities of 12 fraudulent sites and redemption of 48 domains

During the pandemic, transportlogistic provider the First Expeditionary Company (PEC) stopped the activities of 12 fraudulent sites offering services on behalf of PEC. In addition, the company acquired 48 domains in the zone Ru and other popular zones, so as not to leave a chance Internet to the fraudsters. This was reported to the PEC on June 10, 2020.

PEC discovered a surge in the activities of fraudulent schemes in early March before the introduction of the self-isolation regime. Fraudsters act according to a debugged scheme. On the "bulletin board" of a well-known service, an appeal is created for the sale of goods at a reduced price. Those wishing to purchase the specified product are sent a fake link for making a purchase, which leads an online shopper to a phishing site that completely copies the payment page of a legitimate resource.

PEC security officers daily monitor the appearance of fraudulent sites on the Internet for the presence of domains whose addresses are most similar in spelling to the name of the site pecom.ru. By the efforts of the security department, the fraudulent sites were liquidated within two weeks.

File:Aquote1.png
In the fight against fraudsters, we use the tools that the largest companies in the world turn to. At the moment, we have bought out 48 domains in the RU zone and in several popular domain zones, whose addresses are most similar to the site www.pecom.ru. This is a well-known practice that is actively used by large international companies in order to complicate the life of cyber fraudsters. Each newly registered domain has a less and less similar address. And the fake, thus, becomes more obvious, - explained Alexey Persiyanov, director of the PEC security department.

Launch of a single route delivery network with Asian countries

On December 27, PEK announced the launch of a single route delivery network that will unite Russia with the countries of Central, Central and Southeast Asia. Following this, the transportation time will be reduced by 20-30%, depending on the direction.

The unified PEC transit route originates in Russia and passes through China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Armenia with access to the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. In 2023, the company plans to reduce delivery times between countries by launching additional logistics hubs, branches and developing an internal route network in each country.

File:Aquote1.png
Tajikistan is the center of the Silk Road. For more than 1,600 years, the country has been a link between China, Pakistan, Iran, as well as Central and Central Asian countries. The growth of cargo traffic and the development of transport infrastructure in the republic allow us to revive the main transit route. The main task is to provide logistics infrastructure so that any Asian company can deliver its products throughout Russia, "said Vadim Filatov, Deputy Director of PEC.
File:Aquote2.png

In 2023, PEC plans to develop internal route networks in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Turkey and other Asian countries in order to launch delivery not only between central cities, but to small settlements with a population of less than 50 thousand people. Due to this, PEC reduces the logistics leverage and increases the transportation speed by 10-30%, depending on the direction. The plans are to increase the volume of warehouse space for processing and sorting directions in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Armenia by 20 thousand square meters. m

Transportation of prefabricated and general cargo will be available throughout the route network. Trade cooperation between Russia and Asian countries is developing at an accelerated pace, so the company focuses on comprehensive logistics, which includes not only delivery, but also warehouse processing, customs clearance, as well as assistance in selecting a supplier for the nomenclature and terms of reference, said Deputy Director of PEC.

In December, the volume of applications to the PEC for cargo transportation between Russia and Central Asian countries increased by 17%. The leading categories in the import segment were textile products, food products and chemical products. The largest volume of cargo transportation in the export category fell on consumer goods, wood and building materials, pulp and paper products and agricultural raw materials.

Launch of scheduled flights for prefabricated cargo from Turkey to Russia

On December 14, 2022, the multi-service logistics operator PEC announced the launch of regular flights for prefabricated cargo from Turkey to Russia and in the opposite direction, and also opened two A + warehouses in Istanbul. With the opening of another branch and as the number of applications for delivery from Turkey to Russia steadily grows, PEC expects to increase cargo turnover between the two countries tenfold by the end of 2023.

PEC delivers goods from Turkey by sea transport to the port, and Novorossiysk then by road throughout Russia.

Two A + company warehouses are located in Istanbul. The first warehouse is in the Fatih district, next to Haydarpash, one of the main harbors of the port of Istanbul. The second site is 5 km from Ataturk International Airport. The timing of consolidation of shipments is as short as possible - up to 1 day.

File:Aquote1.png
Since March, the volume of applications for delivery from Turkey to the PEC has increased monthly by 1.5%. Most of all, the demand for comprehensive logistics has grown, which includes not only delivery, but also assistance in selecting a supplier, warehouse processing, registration of customs and other accompanying documents, - says Oksana Feoktistova, director of PEC: GLOBAL.
File:Aquote2.png

PEC is ready to provide sales agency services in Turkey. The multiservice operator will advise the business on conducting foreign trade transactions, help in selecting a supplier according to the nomenclature and terms of reference.

File:Aquote1.png
When working with Turkish partners, it is important to take into account that the republic is in second place after China in terms of the number of non-tariff barriers. Depending on the category of goods and the type of transportation, the importer needs to prepare the original invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, test report and other accompanying documents, - said Oksana Feoktistova.
File:Aquote2.png

Before opening its own branch, PEC worked in the Turkish direction for more than five years. In January-November 2022, auto parts, equipment, clothes and, food products and footwear consumer goods agricultural raw materials became the leaders in the company's cargo turnover in Turkey.

By the end of 2023, PEC will build an internal transport system in Turkey, due to which delivery times throughout the country will be reduced by 10-30%. There are plans to open branches in other Turkish cities.

In 2022, PEC launched 88 new branches in Russia and abroad. In 2023, the company plans to continue expansion in, countries CIS Southeast Asia and. EEU

2021: Launch of franchise to open branches and sales offices

PEC on August 27, 2021 announced the launch of a franchise for the opening of branches and sales offices. Thus, the company will expand the geography of delivery, and entrepreneurs from small cities will have the opportunity to open their own business under the PEK brand. In the next three months, the company plans to cover 13 regions with a franchise network.

The first partner branch was opened in Yegoryevsk (Moscow region). It operates under the PEK brand and provides users - individuals, online stores, companies - with services for receiving, storing, processing, issuing and delivering goods, including large ones. Both pickup and courier delivery are possible.

By the end of August, it is planned to open partner branches in Gelendzhik (Krasnodar Territory), Belaya Kalitva (Rostov Region), Uryupinsk (Volgograd Region) and Vyksa (Nizhny Novgorod Region). At least 9 more branches will be launched in September-October.

A partner branch can be opened in those regions where the company is not yet represented, but sees significant potential. This is usually a city with a population of 50-100 thousand people.

The main requirement for partners is experience in logistics. Each potential franchisee undergoes a security review. The total investment is estimated at 3 million rubles.

The calculated economic model implies a return on investment for 1-1.5 years with a monthly profit of 300 thousand rubles. To launch a branch, you will need a room with an area of 200-300 square meters. m. and the presence of access roads for a truck transport.

Partners have the opportunity to open not only a branch, but also a mono-brand sales office - this is the second model of work. As part of this format, franchisees are engaged in receiving, storing, processing, issuing and delivering goods within the city. The difference is that sales offices do not work with large cargo.

In August, PEC announced the opening of six sales offices To Vorkuta in (republic), Komi Babaevo (), Vologda Oblast (), and St. Petersburg. Zhukovsky Moscow region To Vologda To Moscow It is less costly to launch such an office than a branch: the size of investments does not exceed 1 million rubles. It is possible to return investments, as in the case of a branch, in 1-1.5 years, the return period depends on the economic model of the business. The estimated profit is from 200 thousand rubles.

Before the launch, the first persons of the franchisee companies will undergo a four-week training in a mixed format: 2 weeks offline and 2 weeks online. PEC also conducts online training for all franchisee employees - start-up and quarterly.

File:Aquote1.png
"From the first day of operation, franchisees have access to incoming cargo traffic and consulting support not only at the launch stage, but also after. The company has also developed a special IT solution with which partners will be able to unify interaction with all business units of the PEC ecosystem, "said Evgeny Kalugin, Deputy Director of the PEC franchise network.

2020: Plans to open a branch in Vilnius

On February 28, 2020, it became known that Vilnius the first the European branch will be opened - Russian provider transportlogistic the services of the First Expeditionary Company (PEC).

File:Aquote1.png
The PEC branch in Lithuania will specialize in the transportation of prefabricated and general cargo within Europe, as well as from the EU to Russia and back. After the completion of the storage space in Vilnius, the company will begin to provide customs clearance and responsible storage services. At the same time, as necessary, the warehouse will expand to fully meet all requests from customers,
said Pavel Sergeev, head of the branch of PEC Lithuania UAB PEC LT
File:Aquote2.png

According to him, PEC in Lithuania will also provide services related to logistics in order to provide a full range of services, including: labeling of imported products intended for delivery to the Russian Federation - since, taking into account the creation of a traceability system in Russia and the consolidation at the legislative level of the obligation to "chipping" various product groups, this service has become in demand among Russian importing companies.

The choice of location for opening a European branch is not accidental. Lithuania is geographically well located and is a transit country for cargo flows between Europe and Russia. In the republic, it is very convenient to consolidate goods from all over the EU for subsequent shipment to the Russian Federation, as well as in the opposite direction.

Despite sanctions and trade restrictions, according to to data the customs statistics of the Russian Federation, the European Union remains the leading logistics partners of Russia, and the foreign turnover trade between Russia and the countries of the European Union remains active. In 2019, trade turnover amounted to $277.796 billion.

File:Aquote1.png
The EU in January-June 2019 accounted for 42.2% of Russian trade. For comparison: the countries of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) accounted for 31.7% of trade, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States - 12.1%, the EAEU countries - 8.3% of Russia's foreign trade. Our studies confirmed the presence of demand for the transportation of prefabricated and general cargo from the European Union to the Russian Federation and back,
noted Deputy Director of PEC Vadim Filatov
File:Aquote2.png

According to Anatoly Vakulenko, an analyst at Finam Group of Companies, a significant cargo flow was laid through the Baltic countries, and over decades a large-scale infrastructure has been formed for transshipment, storage and transportation of various goods. Over the past few years, due to a decrease in freight flow from Russia due to its redirection, free capacity has appeared, including logistics, and thus the processing of large volumes of automobile cargo is easy to implement.
