At the beginning of July, 2020 it became known that Tiltekh capital fund among co-owners of which the founder of Vkusvill network Andrey Krivenko, was among co-owners of Food & Wine service.

The fund of the founder of Vkusvill invested in service of sale of alcohol on the Internet

The edition notes that by the beginning of July, 2020 in Russia prohibition on remote sale of alcohol works. It is possible to sell alcohol only through online show-windows: at the order the buyer makes out to the courier the warrant for receipt and the goods delivery. On online show-windows it is possible to reserve alcohol for shipment at own expense. According to such scheme Food & Wine also works: the company has a courier delivery within MKAD.

The head of "Infoline-Analitiki" Mikhail Burmistrov estimates the general project budget Food & Wine approximately at  50 million rubles taking into account all expenses, including stock forming of products, lease of a warehouse, the alcoholic license. According to the expert, service should face the serious competition to the largest alcoholic importers and distributors who began to develop retail projects. So, Beluga Group of Alexander Mechetin manages Vinlab shops (they are about 600), at Simple — more than 30 vinotek.

According to the results of the first five months 2020 of sale of wine in the Russian retail increased by 6.5%. But in the Russian Federation of the wine material is not enough therefore the offer of the Russian wine can be reduced by 1.5 times, the director of TsIFRRA Vadim Drobiz warns.[1]
