"Radish" — the network of gastronomic benches working in a premium segment of a club format in Moscow and the Moscow region. For the end of 2020 the network contains five benches in residential complexes and cottage settlements. Benches open in a compact format on the area about 40 sq.m. The range includes about 1500 names of goods. So, the company tries to select the best Russian and also foreign producers — in those categories, where not to do without it (for example olives, exotic fruit and the ave.).

History

2021: Investments from Tiltekh Capital

The Tiltekh Capital fund invested in the network of gastronomic benches Radish working in a premium segment of a club format in the capital region. It became known on January 22, 2021.

Part of the raised funds — about 30 million rubles — the company will direct to opening of additional points in Moscow and the Moscow region. Also the network is going to direct investments to start of the proprietary application for shipment at own expense and delivery.

"Radish" — network of gastronomic benches of a club format in residential complexes and cottage settlements in Moscow and the Moscow region. The concept of network is based on formation of the range of a bonus gastronomy, cookery and coffee from the Russian and foreign producers. The range of network for January, 2021 contains about 1500 names.

During 2021 Radish is going to open three-five additional benches in Moscow and the Moscow region. In the next three years — to cover the most part of residential complexes of the class "comfort" (above) in Moscow and also about 15 cottage settlements in Moscow area.

In the next years the company is going to attract one more round in the amount of 100 million rubles on further scaling in the capital region.

Also further the plans of the company are entry into the European markets.

"Radish" is a place where the seller and the barista know that the buyer and his family loves, this place where the warm house situation reigns, do not try to impose to the guest promotional goods. Five types of buckwheat and 15 types of milk are not in our shops, the buyer will see one or two brands, and we bear the personal liability for this choice.

"Radish" is a shop at the house of other format which represents change of consumer models. Giperlokalno they compete with networks, providing qualitative products and cookery, and the whole range of convenient services. Shortly we expect growth of network to 50-100 shops in the closed residential complexes — the managing partner of Tiltekh Capital Ilya Kobyakov says.
