Kaga Electronics calculates that the company at the expense of the transaction with Fujitsu will be able to expand business in the field of rendering services of production and assembly of electronics.
Fujitsu says that the decision on sale of division and its accession to Kaga Electronics was accepted against the background of cardinal changes in the market of electronics in which many years consolidation and merge of players, including semiconductor producers was observed. The competition will amplify here in the conditions of change of policy of work with distributors because of which clients prefer to collect finished goods abroad, the situation with demand and supply changes, and product lifecycle is reduced under the influence of permanent technology innovations.[1]
