2024: Bankruptcy

In early August 2024, it became known that the Moscow Arbitration Court declared bankrupt the accredited IT company Ansystems LLC (brand Gost Group), associated with the singer's family Alsou. The company's debts reached approximately 1.4 billion rubles.

Ansystems, as RB.ru notes, belongs to Oleg Aleksandrov (share of 60%), Ruslan Safin (20%) and Irina Smirnova (20%). Previously, Marat Safin also owned a stake in the company. At the same time, Marat and Ruslan Ralifovichi Safins were mentioned in open sources as brothers of the singer Alsu and sons of businessman and senator Ralif Safin. The main activity of the company is declared "Scientific research and development in the field of natural and technical sciences others." In addition, Ansystems works in 16 more areas, including the creation of software and advisory activities and work in the field of computer technology.

Ansystems was involved in several scandals. One of them is related to non-payment of salaries: 250 employees complained about the debt to them in the amount of 158 million rubles. The Vedomosti newspaper reported that a criminal case was opened against the general director of Ansystems, Pyotr Chernavin. And at the end of 2023, the Information City State Institution of Moscow terminated the state contract with Ansystems for 151 million rubles due to delays and poor quality of work. It was about the development of the GIS "United Dispatch Service of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the city of Moscow."

As noted in the court materials, Ansystems creditors are Sberbank and Systematics LLC. Bankruptcy proceedings have been opened against the debtor, and Shamil-Imam Aslanov has been approved as the bankruptcy trustee. Debts worth 1.4 billion rubles were included in the register of claims of Ansystems creditors.^[1]
