GlavNIVC of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation FSUE

FSUE GlavNIVC of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation is an organization that has 30 years of experience in ensuring the activities of the President of the Russian Federation, senior government bodies, ministries and departments, and also has many years of competence in the construction and equipment of Data Processing Centers.

In 2020, more than 350 full-time employees work in the Moscow offices of GlavNIVC.

Areas of activity

For 2020, GlavNIVC is directly involved in ensuring the Office of the President of the Russian Federation and subordinate organizations with high-quality, modern and safe information technologies, applies a competent, scientifically based approach to the process of creating and developing a single information space.

The work of GlavNIVC includes a huge range of tasks - from the creation and development of telecommunication networks to the development of specialized software for higher government bodies. The software products developed by GlavNIVC specialists are unique and have no analogues in Russia.

By 2020, GlavNIVC developed and implemented dozens of multi-user information systems in institutions subordinate to the Office of the President of the Russian Federation, created a modern computer communications infrastructure. Most medical information systems operate around the clock. Thanks to GlavNIVC, thousands of employees of institutions have mastered working with computer technology.

GlavNIVC has significant experience in implementing large-scale projects to provide technical support for international events at the highest state level. Specialists of GlavNIVC made a serious contribution to the project to create the Presidential Library named after B.N. Yeltsin (St. Petersburg) and its filling with scanned images of documents and books.

2025: Russian President Vladimir Putin appoints Chief Research Computing Center as sole executor of GIS work for human rights commissioners

1994: Transfer of the organization to the Office of the President of the Russian Federation

By order of the President of the Russian Federation dated 09.11.1994 No. 575, GlavNIVC was transferred to the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

1985: Creation of GlavNIVC by order of the USSR Ministry of Health

GlavNIVC was created by order of the USSR Ministry of Health dated 10.06.1985 No. 771.
