Transformation and rebranding
In 2025, the company underwent a transformation and was named HeadExpert. The team was joined by new partners from major consulting, specialized practices were formed.
As of December 2025, HeadExpert combines consulting, management hiring and research expertise:
- advises on organizational development and management architecture;
- performs strategic management hiring and team formation;
- conducts industry and custom research:
- competencies and management roles;
- HR function architectures;
- systems of remuneration and motivation of managers.
The main customers of the company are still high-tech and digital companies, while HeadExpert partners have experience in other industries.
In 2025, the team prepared an analytical agenda for the IT Summit, presented the research "Three Roles of Modern CIO" and "NEXT CIO," and also announced a large-scale industry study of organizational roles and incentive systems for managers in the IT industry 2025-2026.
