• repair of the rolling stock,
• development and deployment of optimization models of logistics of transportation of goods.

Assets

For August, 2013 in operational management of the company there are more than 28 thousand units of the rolling stock, including over 27 thousand gondola cars.

The regional network of the company covers the key economic region of Russia and 8 divisions located in the following cities include: Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Lipetsk, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Revda of Sverdlovsk region and the car-repair enterprise in. Dirt of the Lipetsk region. History

2001 - formation of "Independent transport company".

April, 2011 - UCL Rail buys from JSC Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine (NLMK) 100% of stocks of Independent Transport Company (ITC) LLC with the park in operating numbering 28 thousand cars and also with several auxiliary enterprises. NTK services the enterprises of NLMK Group and about 200 other clients.

October, 2011 - The auction for sale 75% minus 2 stocks of JSC Freight One took place. Independent Transport Company LLC is recognized the winner of an auction.
