JuniStat is a digital platform for searching for football talent. The service was founded by Russians Gleb Shaportov and Victor Alekseev in 2019. The startup develops the technology of remote selection of children in football schools and academies using machine vision. Coaches of European academies evaluate football players by video tests.

Athletes shoot these tests on the phone camera and send the results. After a week, players receive an international JuniStat rating, skill assessment and personal recommendations from coaches. Each new test shows the dynamics of the development of football skills. The best football players get a chance to get on internships in European football camps, the service description says.
