2023:30% increase in sales of flexible die cutters

The capital's manufacturer Justkat for 2023 increased sales of flexible die dies by 30% compared to the results of 2022. This was announced on February 15, 2024 by the deputy head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, Daria Stepanova.

Die punches are tools that are used to create shapes from a variety of roll materials - leather, film, textiles, cardboard, and others. They are widely used in various industries, for example, in printing. Among the main customers of such products are printing houses that produce a self-adhesive label.

Justkat uses innovative technologies. In particular, the manufacturer's fleet of equipment includes high-precision machines, powerful processors and software. The products are made of specialized steel, tempered with a laser to increase circulation resistance and work with various materials. In addition, the company is introducing a special coating into production to prevent materials from sticking to die surfaces.
