2013: Kaluga IT Center

On March 28, an IT center was opened in Kaluga at 4 Tsiolkovsky Street. The center is located in the business center of the city, in the area of ​ ​ Mira Square. The building has the most modern infrastructure: class "A" office space, a teaching and lecture room and a conference room designed for 250 seats. Especially for employees and tenants on the territory there is a cafe and a free fitness room. The location of the center is distinguished by transport accessibility and a large number of parking spaces - up to 150.

The Kaluga Astral Center is designed to help you get all the necessary IT services - from developing sites to issuing an electronic signature - within one office building. Preferential rental conditions, spacious office space, high-grade broadband Internet access from four leading Kaluga providers all contributed to attracting the best representatives of Kaluga's IT business to the center.

One of the main tasks of the IT center is to support and develop new promising projects in the information technology industry. A private business incubator is being created on the basis of the center, where specialized companies will be able to get everything they need for their activities and further development. Students and graduates of universities will be able to participate in the projects, and their best innovative ideas will then be commercialized. On the basis of the center, a children's IT school is being created, where children will be taught in programming and computer graphics circles. For users of the center, wide access to the portal of public services and other Internet services is organized.

In the IT school, children from 8 to 17 study in several areas, from the "basics of computer literacy" to C# programming. After graduation, some senior students of our school got a job in large federal IT companies. Senior courses are taught in the courses "Basic Algorithms," "Programming Language C#" and "Java Programming Language."

2011

Partnership with Megaplan

The company Megaplan"," specializing in the development and sale SaaS of solutions for business management, and the company "Kaluga Astral," known for its software complex for submitting electronic reporting to regulatory authorities (FIU, FTS Rosstat, FSS, etc.) became partners. The companies entered into an agreement under which Kaluga Astral, through its regional partners in 75 regions, begins of the Russian Federation to sell Megaplan software products and provide new users with operational technical support. Both sides are counting on increasing profits and expanding their own business through partner activity. The Megaplan will reach a more than three hundred thousand audience of Astral users, and Astral will be able to offer its partners the opportunity to earn additional money, and its customers a convenient product for doing business. In the future, companies intend to carry out a comprehensive integration of Astral software products and so that Megaplan system users, managing their business with the help of Megaplan and maintaining financial statements in it according to the simplified taxation system, can automatically generate reports in the Astral Report format for the Tax and Pension Fund. For firms paying all taxes, the complex will also include a block with which 1C Megaplan integrates using API the Commerce ML protocol.

Results of the year

An important achievement for the company in 2011 was the connection of 300,000 subscribers to our Astral Report software complex. Thanks to the excellent work of the highly qualified Kaluga Astral team, the number of users of the Astral Report PC increased by 43% over the year.

The Kaluga Astral Certification Center developed the direction of "electronic bidding under 94-FZ," established cooperation with 38 new regional partners. In the outgoing year, 97% of customers of the Kaluga Astral UC extended electronic signature certificates to participate in electronic tenders. A lot of work has been done in the field of information protection, over the year the number of projects has increased several times, both for commercial organizations and for government agencies. A project has appeared to organize secure document management of information on paper, the status of partnerships between Kaluga Astral CJSC with the main manufacturers of information protection tools has increased. In 2011, more than 200 people took advanced training courses and received state-issued certificates within the walls of our Training Center. In 2011, Kaluga Astral put into commercial operation its patented idea - the Secure Storage project, which allows its subscribers to transfer reporting documents to regulatory authorities without purchasing an electronic signature and software.
