2021: PIC created a company to rent and sell housing online Kvatra

PIK created a new company for the rental and sale of housing online Kvatra. This was announced by the largest developer in Russia on September 10, 2021.

According to RIA Real Estate, citing the head of PIK Sergey Gordeev, the 100% "daughter" of the developer will develop several IT projects, including:

• broker-service, which deals with operations in the secondary housing market;
• online apartment rental service;
• a special solution that allows developers to sell apartments in the primary market through the PIC online platform, * including mortgage;
• repair services;
• furniture services.

We help them sell their apartments for very little money, get very favorable mortgage conditions at the expense of our volume. We also offer the developer a full service cycle, including project financing, which we get for him on more favorable terms than he would have done himself. We are starting to offer all the technologies that we made at PIK to the entire market, "said Sergey Gordeev.

According to him, the online sales service will be especially beneficial for small developers.

Thanks to Kvatra, PIK expects to take up a quarter of the Russian primary housing market by 2025. Gordeev allowed Kvatra to enter the exchange in the future:
