2021: PIK Group bought 50% of Sigma Holding

At the end of September 2021, it became known about the sale of 50% in Sigma Holding to the PIK group. The latter bought the asset from the former top manager of PIK Vladislav Sviblov, a large shareholder in a number of mining assets in Russia. The remaining 50% of the developer belongs to German Tyo, the son of the head of Capital Group Pavel Tyo.

The transaction is mentioned in PIK prospectus to SPO. It also says that as a result of the purchase of half of Sigma's business, the debt of Russia's largest housing developer grew to 45 billion rubles. Analysts at Colliers consulting company estimate Sigma's 100% at 91 billion rubles, which means that the purchase of 50% of the developer could cost PIK at least 45 billion rubles.

By December 2023, the group plans to enter more production in the area of ​ ​ 2 million square meters. m of modular housing, as a result of which PIK may become the largest developer of such real estate. By September 2021, only one module production plant is operating - an enterprise with a capacity of 50,000 square meters. m in Moscow.[1]
