2024: Revenue growth of 7.1% to ₽2,75 billion
The revenue of PJSC Lambumiz, a large manufacturer of cardboard packaging for milk and dairy products in the Russian Federation, in 2024 under IFRS amounted to ₽2,75 billion, which is 7.1% more than in 2023. Net income decreased by 10.8% to ₽269 million due to other expenses related to the IPO. Gross profit increased by 18.8% to ₽833 million, EBITDA - by 15.9% to ₽509 million. Financial debt decreased to ₽108 million, net financial debt - negative (-495 million rubles). This was announced in May 2025 by the company.[1]

Holding an IPO on the Moscow Exchange
On October 30, 2024, Lambumiz entered the Moscow Stock Exchange. The company's IPO went at a price of ₽425 per share, which corresponds to the lower bound of the previously announced price range.
According to Interfax, the placement of shares takes place in cash-in format with a planned volume of ₽0,8 to ₽1 billion. The company's capitalization before the additional issue is estimated at ₽8,02 billion. The share in free float after the completion of the IPO will be 10-12%.
In preparation for the offering, the shareholders of the company split ordinary shares with a coefficient of 40, as a result of which one share of par value ₽1 converted into 40 shares worth ₽0,025 each. The total number of ordinary shares after the split reached 18.87 million units.
Lambumiz will use the funds raised to implement a development strategy that includes the construction of a new production complex with an area of more than 14 thousand square meters. The production of aseptic packaging will be launched at the new site, which will expand the range of products.
The company plans to maintain a 35 percent market share in the Gable Top type packaging market and occupy 10 percent of the aseptic packaging market. The implementation of these plans will increase revenue by 3.5 times by 2028. The volume of investments in the new production complex in 2025-2026 will amount to ₽1,5 billion, the launch of production is scheduled for 2027.
Trading in Lambumiz shares on the Moscow Exchange began under the ticker symbol LMBZ, the offering broker is "Uniservice capital." According to the dividend policy, the company can direct from 10% to 100% of net profit under RAS to payments to shareholders.[2]
Former State Duma deputy Alexander Abalakov reduced his stake in Lambumiz from 72.1% to 49.4%
Ex-deputy of the State Duma Alexander Abalakov reduced his share in the company "Lambumiz," which is engaged in the production of packaging for milk and juices, from 72.1% to 49.4%. Abalakov, who controlled a significant share of the company through Lambumiz-Invest LLC, registered in Novosibirsk, reduced his participation in the enterprise, which became known in September 2024 from the data of the Corporate Information Disclosure Center.
According to the Business News Agency, changes in the composition of Lambumiz-Invest shareholders affected not only Abalakov himself, but also his business partners. Evgeny Votchinnikov, who previously held the post of general director of the F1 group of companies, increased his share to 13.2%, and Andrei Gnilov increased his share from 4.95% to 6.7%. Marina Dibrova, co-founder of PKF Nova-1, also received indirect participation in the company - its share was 6.6%.
Lambumiz, which has been operating on the Russian market since 1972, occupies about 26% of the packaging market for dairy products and juices. The company is preparing to enter an IPO, which is planned for mid-2025, which could potentially significantly increase its capitalization and attract new investors.
Lambumiz-Invest LLC, through which Abalakov exercised control over the enterprise, specializes in asset management and commercial activities. At the same time, the F1 group of companies, which includes 17 organizations, plays a key role in asset management, including through shares in Lambumiz. The headquarters of the group is located in Novosibirsk.
Alexander Abalakov, who previously represented the Communist Party of the Russian Federation in the State Duma of the sixth convocation, also holds the post of head of the Siberian Design and Research Institute of the Aviation Industry since 2020.[3]
2023: Making 600 Million Units
At the end of 2023, one of the manufacturers of disposable cardboard packaging manufactured more than 600 million units of products, which is 1.2 times more than in 2022. This was announced on December 28, 2023 by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.

In addition, over 18 thousand tons of laminated cardboard were produced here per year, which is used to create aseptic packaging Gable Top and roll-top containers. To do this, in November 2023, the plant installed a production line, which will be able to produce up to 20 million units of roll-top packaging.
In addition, the workshops were replenished with a flexographic machine for printing on flexible materials, a bobbin cutter for cutting flexible packaging roles and equipment for high-precision transverse cutting of cardboard or paper from roles to sheets.
The support from the city is very significant for us. In 2023, we expanded our range of packaging for milk and dairy products made of laminated cardboard. They began to produce 1.5 liters of increased family size packaging, improved the designs of classic bags and mini-format packaging. Also, the plant began to produce tinted cardboard on one side with a polyethylene coating, which is used in the manufacture of disposable dishes. All raw materials and finished products produced by the plant are safe and certified for the food industry.
The company has been operating since 1972. Thanks to constant modernization, production facilities can process about one thousand tons of cardboard per month.
2022: Launch of a workshop for the processing of waste from the production of packaging materials
The Moscow manufacturer has launched a workshop for processing waste from the production of packaging materials. This was announced on August 3, 2022 by the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy with the word of the head Vladislav Ovchinsky.
Moscow has implemented another important environmental initiative aimed at introducing a mechanism for extended producer responsibility. The Moscow enterprise has launched a workshop in which waste of cardboard and polymer packaging of its own production, as well as packaging materials of dairies, will be processed. The Lambumiz company already accepts waste from partners - producers of dairy products: defective packaging, stretch film, cardboard, corks.
We have launched equipment that will allow us to process about two thousand tons of waste from laminated cardboard per year. The obtained pulp and secondary polyethylene will be sent for sale to our partners. The initiative participants must independently organize the collection and sorting of materials at their site, and Lambumiz is ready to assist them in transportation to the workshop on a long-term basis. According to him, in the future, the workshop plans to launch equipment for the manufacture of cup holders and egg grids from cellulose. And secondary polyethylene will become a material for releasing pellets that are added to the asphalt pavement as a plasticizer during road construction.
In addition, the company plans to recycle used juice packaging, glasses, as well as disposable packaging from laminated cardboard.
