2021: ServiceNow bought Mapwize
In early August 2021, ServiceNow bought the French software developer for mapping rooms and navigation Mapwize. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
ServiceNow plans to support the capabilities of Mapwize applications in its Now Platform and Workplace Service Delivery Suite solutions to help enterprises and organizations develop through hybrid working practices.

According to ServiceNow, Mapwize is also developing space mapping applications used by employees to navigate offices and reserve conference rooms, workplaces and other important workflow objects.
