2025: Mikhail Ponomarkov's dismissal as head
In mid-September 2025, the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region Denis Pasler signed a "Decree on Members of the Regional Government." In accordance with this document, the Minister of Digital Development of the region Mikhail Ponomarkov was relieved of his post. Read more here.
2022: The Center for Digital Transformation of Health Care was liquidated in the Sverdlovsk Region
At the end of November 2022, it became known about the liquidation of the Center for Digital Transformation of Healthcare of the Sverdlovsk Region (GAU SO "CTZ," formerly "Medical Information and Analytical Center"), which was engaged in the informatization of regional hospitals and clinics. According to the Decree of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region No. 133-UG of March 2021, the Department of Informatization and Communications of the Sverdlovsk Region was transformed into the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the Sverdlovsk Region.[1]
