Ministry of Natural Resources, Forestry and Ecology of Perm Krai

The Ministry of Natural Resources, Forestry and Ecology of the Perm Territory is the executive body of state power of the Perm Territory, as of January 2022, implementing:

• functions for the development of regional policy and legal regulation in the field of ownership and disposal of all types of natural resources assigned to the Perm Territory by federal legislation, as well as law enforcement functions in the field of environmental management;
• regional state geological control (supervision);
• federal state forest control (supervision) on forest fund lands;
• regional state control (supervision) in the field of protection and use of specially protected natural areas;
• federal state control (supervision) in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife objects and their habitat on the territory of the Perm Territory, with the exception of wildlife objects and their habitat located in specially protected natural areas of federal significance located on the territory of the Perm Territory;
• federal state hunting control (supervision) on the territory of the Perm Territory, with the exception of specially protected natural territories of federal significance;
• regional state control (supervision) in the field of animal treatment.

History

2012: Reorganization and Name Change

By the Decree of the Government of the Perm Territory of September 3, 2012 No. 756-p "On the Ministry of Natural Resources, Forestry and Ecology of the Perm Territory," the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Perm Territory was renamed the Ministry of Natural Resources, Forestry and Ecology of the Perm Territory and reorganized in the form of joining^[1] of Forestry of^[1] Territory].
