Ministry of Construction of Perm Territory

Ministry of Construction of Perm Territory (until April 2019 - Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Perm Territory) is the executive body of state power of the Perm Territory, which performs the functions of developing regional policy and regulatory legal regulation in the fields of construction, housing policy and housing relations in terms of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock, providing certain categories of citizens with residential premises and housing certificates, making budgetary investments in capital construction facilities of state property of the Perm Territory (Regulation on the Ministry of Construction of the Perm Territory, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Perm Territory dated 18.02.2014 No. 90-p).

2023:3 years in prison for unfinished polyclinic

The Perm Regional Court toughened the sentence of the ex-head of the Capital Construction Department (UKS) of Prikamye Dmitry Levinsky for abuse of power after the appeal of the prosecutor's office to the earlier sentence. 2022: Head of the Capital Construction Department of the Perm Region sentenced to correctional labor for accepting an unfinished clinic

In November 2022, the Leninsky District Court of Perm sentenced the former head of the capital construction department (UKS) of the Perm Territory Dmitry Levinsky to one year and 10 months of correctional labor in a criminal case on abuse of authority during the construction of a children's clinic in the Kirovsky district of the city.
