2022: Overdue debts of hospitals in the Trans-Baikal Territory reached 398 million rubles

By the end of March 2022, the total debts of medical institutions in the Trans-Baikal Territory amounted to 640 million rubles, including 398 million rubles of overdue loans. Such amounts were named at a meeting of deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the region with specialists of the regional Ministry of Health.

Lyudmila Kovalenko, Deputy Minister of Health of Transbaikalia for Financial Affairs, said that in 2021 the department spent 30 billion rubles, more than 15% of them went to fight coronavirus. COVID-19 The basis of the budget (62%, or 21.5 billion rubles) was funds, COMPULSORY HEALTH INSURANCE 5.6 billion rubles came from the federal budget, 3.6 billion rubles from the regional budget.

Overdue debts of hospitals in the Trans-Baikal Territory reached 398 million rubles

At the beginning of 2022, the amount of debts as a whole decreased by 30%, the amount of overdue loans - by 18.7%. The Ministry of Health of Transbaikalia has a debt of 41 million rubles due to compensation for vacations for working with coronavirus patients for 2020. Insurance premiums (30 per cent), consumables (17 per cent), medicines (15 per cent) and utilities account for the bulk of debts.

Each of them has not fully mastered the funds of compulsory medical insurance. In addition, the Ulyotovskaya Central District Hospital lost five doctors, and Duldurginskaya - nine doctors.[1]
