State Inspectorate of the Trans-Baikal Territory

The State Inspectorate of the Trans-Baikal Territory (State Inspectorate of the Trans-Baikal Territory) is the executive body of state power of the Trans-Baikal Territory authorized to carry out on the territory of the Trans-Baikal Territory:

• regional state control (supervision) in the field of shared construction of apartment buildings and (or) other real estate objects;
• regional state control (supervision) over the activities of housing and construction cooperatives related to raising funds from cooperative members for the construction of apartment buildings;
• regional state construction supervision in cases stipulated by the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
• control over the use and preservation of the housing stock of the Trans-Baikal Territory, compliance of residential premises of this stock with established sanitary and technical rules and standards, other requirements of the law;
• regional state housing supervision;
• licensing of entrepreneurial activities for the management of apartment buildings;
• regional state licensing control over the implementation of entrepreneurial activities to manage apartment buildings;
• regional state supervision in the field of technical condition and operation of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment, attractions;
• state registration of self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment, attractions (Regulation on the State Inspection of the Trans-Baikal Territory, approved by Decree of the Government of the Trans-Baikal Territory dated December 2, 2016 No. 443^[1]).

History

2016: Abolition of the State Technical Supervision Inspectorate of the Trans-Baikal Territory

By the Decree of the Government of the Trans-Baikal Territory dated October 6, 2016 No. 395, the State Inspectorate for Supervision of the Technical Condition of Self-Propelled Machines and Other Types of Equipment of the Trans-Baikal Territory was abolished. The powers and functions of the State Inspection for Supervision of the Technical Condition of Self-Propelled Machines and Other Types of Equipment of the Trans-Baikal Territory for the Implementation of Regional State Supervision in the Field of Technical Condition of Self-Propelled Machines and Other Types of Equipment in the Trans-Baikal Territory were transferred to the established State Inspection of the Trans-Baikal Territory^[2].

2014: Activity of the Inspection of State Technical Supervision of the Trans-Baikal Territory

Full name: State Inspectorate for Supervision of the Technical Condition of Self-Propelled Machines and Other Types of Equipment of the Trans-Baikal Territory. The main purpose of the inspection of Gostekhnadzor is to carry out state supervision of the technical condition of tractors, self-propelled road-building and other machines and trailers to them in the process of use in terms of ensuring safety for life and health of people, the safety of property, environmental protection in the territory of the Trans-Baikal Territory.
