Ministry of Labor and Social Development of Murmansk Region

The Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Murmansk Region is the executive body of state power of the Murmansk Region, carrying out the functions of forming the state policy of the Murmansk region and implementing the state policy, as well as on legal regulation in the field of social development, including issues of social protection of the population, including social protection of families, women and children, organization of social services, providing social support measures to veterans, citizens dismissed from military service, and their family members, senior citizens and persons with disabilities, rehabilitated persons and persons, those subjected to political repression, pension provision for persons who replaced public positions of the Murmansk region and posts of the state civil service of the Murmansk region, in custody and guardianship in relation to adult citizens, social and labor relations, occupational safety and employment, control functions in these areas, as well as functions for the provision of public services.
