Moscow transport (service center)

The multifunction service center "Moscow Transport" is the project of the mayor's office where Muscovites can receive all services connected with a transport complex of the city.

Structure of the Moscow Transport center

In the center three zones:

• client,
• self-services,
• rest.

For visitors sofas, ATMs are set, Wi-Fi works. In the center 21 windows for work with visitors. On one client it is set standards of service from 3 to 15 minutes.

Services of the center

• consultation on all questions of work of the Moscow parking space
• permission to return of the car from an auto pound
• question of work of public transport, including local trains
• fares, appeal of penalties for stowaway journey
• development of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure
• requests for repair of the traffic light or installation of the road sign
• permissions to taxi transportations
• consultations about issue of admissions for trucks on MKAD and a TTK
• fill up the card Three
