History

2016: Merge to AspenTech

On November 17, 2016 the company Aspen Technology, Inc announced acquisition of Mtell corporation.

Transaction amount is $37 million. Additional conditions are specified in the quarterly report of Aspentech company on form 10-Q for the first quarter of financial year (2017) submitted to the Commission of the USA on the exchanges and securities.

Acquisition of Mtell provides us one more necessary component in our strategy for optimization of performance of assets. AspenONE Suite is the most complex, integrated and idle time in use by a working environment for optimization of performance of assets and production processes.
