2017: Project of cashless payment of journey to Sochi

NIITS developed in 2017 recommendations for administrations of the Russian cities about effective implementation of elements of "the smart city" without attraction of budgetary funds. It was succeeded to develop recommendations at which it is possible to monetizovat some of elements of the smart city. Recommendations assume consolidation in one investment program of different elements of the smart city which are attractive to private investors.

NIITS developed a set of the documents necessary for implementation of elements of "the smart city" at the expense of the private investor in Sochi. One of such elements is end-to-end Intelligently Transport System. Documents contain recommendations about organizational legal and technical appearance of ITS. Assessment of the amount of private investments into such system of the city of Sochi makes more than 380 million rubles, in the absence of city expenses.

2016

The Aykominvest company is going to invest in the projects connected with technology 5G. The director of child structure of the enterprise – "National research institute of technologies and communication" reported about it at a conference in the middle of December, 2016 (NIITS) Alexander of Minnovas.

Let's remind, since 2010 the Aykominvest company tried to be engaged in development of 4G networks in Russia. It possesses 75% of Osnova Telecom company (another 25% are controlled by structure of the Ministry of Defence – Voentelecom), which managed to build network of fourth generation in 19 cities of the country. The company received frequency of 2.3-2.4 GHz without tender, at the request of the Minister of Defence Anatoly Serdyukov of that time, at the same time department appointed Osnovu Telecom the only service provider 4G for armed forces. But the situation changed since 2012 with replacement of the leadership of the Ministry of Defence: the new minister refused company services, and in 2014 Osnova telecom lost frequencies by a court decision. the Osnovy telecom 4G-network suspended work

The Aykominvest company created institute for a research of technologies 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) in May, 2016. According to Contour-Focus base, a founder of NIITS is the CEO of Aykominvest Alexey Kim. The director of institute Alexander of Minnovas explained that NIITS is engaged in research activity, consulting, development of regulatory legal acts.

5G – an interesting subject for investment, perspective, – Alexander of Minnovas noted.

First of all to understand what to invest in what directions perspective, NIITS conducted a large-scale research and made the so-called "Radar of innovations of a 5G".

According to Alexander Minnova, they investigated more than 250 innovations in area 5G and made a short list of the perspective ideas. Attracted to assessment including the international experts.

According to the chief of the department of the innovation center "Aykominvest" Grigory Bochechki, analytics created the most perspective technologies for the market, ranged them, having defined at what stage of lifecycle there are these innovations, and distributed them on different segments – solutions for basic, for services, for the accompanying technologies, for mobile devices, etc.

As a result we defined for ourselves the priority directions where in what projects it is possible to invest money and to develop them, – Grigory Bochechka explained.

What it the directions and what the company is going to invest in, in NIITS do not open.

At the same time, using the same methodology, similar reports the institute is ready to do under tasks of the specific companies to find out what innovations will be priority for them.
