2025: Building a Company

The telecommunications company Vimpelcom, together with LLC Partnership Solutions KG, has established a new company New Financial Technologies with an authorized capital of ₽1 million to implement an international project focused on serving foreign customers and optimizing the client path of non-residents of Russia. The joint venture was registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on August 1, 2025 with the distribution of shares of 70% from VimpelCom and 30% from Partner Solutions of CU, while the activities of holding companies were declared the main activity of the new structure. This was reported by the press service of VimpelCom on August 5, 2025.

According to Interfax, LLC Partnership Solutions KG belongs to the general director of the company Dmitry Yumashev and was registered on July 18, 2025. The creation of a partnership with a new market participant demonstrates the desire of the telecommunications operator to diversify its business and develop international directions.

Representatives of the press service of VimpelCom confirmed that the joint venture is being created to implement an international project with commercial and strategic significance. The project is aimed at working with a foreign client base and improving the efficiency of servicing non-residents of Russia.

The company did not disclose the details of the planned project, limiting itself to a statement that detailed information will be provided in early 2026. This approach to communication indicates the need for additional preparation and approval before the initiative is publicly presented.

VimpelCom plans to use the new structure to optimize the client path of non-residents, which may include the creation of specialized services and products for foreign users of telecommunications services.
