Nicgrade offers the cloud, integrated platform of automation of marketing (PAM), for impact on the potential buyer, on each process step of purchase, using multichannel communications.

As of January, 2018, the headquarters of the company is in London (earlier was located in Zurich), sales office — in Moscow, and R&D — in Kishenev.

History

2018: Strategic partnership with Softline

NicGrade and Softline companies in January, 2018 announced the conclusion of the partnership agreement. On its conditions, Softline became the supplier of a cloud platform of automation of marketing of NicGrade in Russia, the CIS and foreign countries and will advise customers concerning implementation and support of the solution. 2017: Investment attraction

The Nicgrade company announced on August 9 the investment attraction in the amount of $350 thousand from group of private investors. The current assessment of the company after closing of a round and the share redeemed by investors do not reveal.

The involved investments into the companies intend to spend for improvement of infrastructure, further product development (the cloud platform of automation of the same name of marketing) and start of sales on the markets of the CIS and the EU.

At the moment Nicgrade is in a stage of open beta testing and allows large corporate clients and medium business to automate marketing efforts at each stage of all funnel of sales — from the first appeal of the potential client to the company before service maintenance. Nicgrade is integrated with CRM Bitriks24 and service of an online chat Jivosite.

Further integration with other CRM systems, cloud automatic telephone exchanges and social media is planned.
