2020: Absorption by Fortinet company

On December 21, 2020 Fortinet, the company in the field of the global integrated and automated solutions for ensuring cyber security, announced TAdviser Panopta company takeover — the supplier of SaaS platform providing complete transparency and automated management of a status of corporate network including servers, network devices, containers, applications, databases, virtual devices and cloud infrastructure. Financial details of the transaction are not disclosed.

Besides, integration of automated management of Panopta incidents into our SOAR platform can provide to IT specialists uniform submission of the platform for diagnostics and elimination of the incidents connected with network condition in real time.

The Panopta platform is constructed so that to be friendly to partners, expanding possibilities of MSSP and partners with added value easily to integrate the multi-user solution in the own offer and quickly to increase value for the end customers. Role-based access control in the solution Panopta provides the detailed level of management between clients and also in groups of the Control center (NOC) and Command center security (SOC).

• The built-in cloud monitoring of workloads of Kubernetes and PaaS in AWS and Azure.
• Completely configured workflows of the notification with ready integration for the third-party enterprises and modern means of communication.
