2026: Building a Company
"Factory of Radiotherapy Technology" (RTT Factory, part of R-Pharm Group of Companies) and Synergy Research and Development Center) established a joint venture R-Atom. It will be engaged in the development, production and implementation of complex technological solutions for nuclear medicine. This was announced by Deputy Chairman governments - Minister of Investments, Industry and Science Moscow region Ekaterina Zinovieva on January 30, 2026.
The total investment in the project is estimated at about 500 million rubles. Production localization of key developments will be deployed at the facilities of the RTT Factory in the Dubna SEZ in the Moscow Region. The RTT factory will provide the project with production areas, equipment and technical personnel, and the Synergy Research and Development Center with technological and engineering competencies.
The key product of R-Atom is the domestic production radiochemical complex RPET for the full production cycle of radiopharmaceuticals. These drugs are used for diagnosis (including PET/CT and SPECT/CT methods) and radionuclide therapy of cancer.
The complex will include both Russian developments - RSYNT synthesis modules, RHBOX protective boxes, RCYCL cyclotrons and RLAB quality control equipment, and localized solutions. According to Vademecum, the Chinese company MinFound Medical Systems, whose equipment R-Pharm has been distributing since 2024, may be a technological partner in localizing PET/CT scanners.
The company plans to carry out a full range of services: from the design and construction of nuclear medicine facilities to their equipment, commissioning, personnel training, validation of processes according to international standards of good manufacturing practice (GMP) and subsequent service.
The founder of Synergy Group of Companies Veniamin Tonny said that within the framework of the federal project "Fight against Cancer," R-Atom plans to implement at least 15 complexes by 2032.[1]
