2022: Mobilization of CEO and several employees

As it became known in mid-October 2022, in Moscow, the general director and five employees of the IT company RDL-Telecom were handed summons to the military registration and enlistment office, despite the postponement provided by the Ministry of Digital Science.

As RBC writes with reference to the press service of RDL-Telecom, applications for a postponement for the company's IT specialists were submitted at the end of September 2022 on the State Public services portal. According to the portal, they were included in the corresponding list. However, on October 11, 2022, the company from the council of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow received and was handed summons for six employees, including the general director, about the need to appear the next day at the mobilization point of the Joint Military Commissariat of Lefortovo, although all employees were assigned to other UWCs.

According to a company representative, passports and military tickets were seized from employees at the mobilization point and refused to return the documents. At the same time, the employees of the Lefortovo council said that they "make no difference to all your documents and public services," explaining that there are no such names on the lists of the General Staff, the company added.

After that, the company's employees were sent to a medical examination, where one of them was "crossed out and wrote a group of expediency A," said a representative of RDL-Telecom. All employees received instructions to report the next day to the collection point for sending to military units.

The company intends to appeal the actions of the military commissar in the prosecutor's office of the Lefortovo region and submit an application to the military prosecutor's office.^[1]
