2024: Revenue growth by 2256% to 60.42 million rubles
In 2024, the manufacturer of industrial robots RusRobot (LLC Russian Robot) recorded revenue of 60.42 million rubles. For comparison, a year earlier the company received 2.57 million rubles. Thus, the indicator soared by 2256%. This is stated in the financial statements, which TAdviser got acquainted with in mid-April 2025.
The cost of sales rose year-on-year from 8 thousand rubles to 1.75 million rubles, that is, by 21,775%. Commercial expenses jumped by 321.1%, amounting to 55.95 million rubles against 13.29 million rubles in 2023. Management expenses are not included in the financial documentation.
In 2024, RusRobot made a profit from sales at the level of 2.73 million rubles. For comparison: a year earlier, a loss from sales of 10.73 million rubles was incurred. Gross profit soared by 2194.5% - from 2.56 million rubles to 58.67 million rubles. The company made a profit before tax in the amount of 4.97 million rubles, while in 2023 a loss before tax of 11.5 million rubles was shown. Net profit amounted to 4.81 million rubles against 9.25 million rubles of net losses in 2023.
Accounts receivable as of December 31, 2024 reached 27.16 million rubles: this is 8% more than in the previous year, when the figure was 25.14 million rubles. Payables, on the contrary, decreased by 4.5% - from 55.36 million rubles to 52.87 million rubles.
The main activities of RusRobot, as stated on the company's website, include the development and prototyping of robotic solutions. Among the partners are Hartung LLC (industrial and software integration services), Robot Plant LLC (contract serial production of robots) and Chelyabinsk Forge and Press Plant PJSC (component production).[1]
2023: Sharp reduction in annual revenue to 2.57 million rubles
The revenue of the manufacturer of industrial robots RusRobot in 2023 amounted to 2.57 million rubles against 19.85 million rubles a year earlier (these and other indicators are given in accordance with Russian accounting standards/RAS/). The net loss of Russian Robot LLC in 2023 reached 9.25 million rubles, while in 2022 net profit was registered at 13.32 million rubles. This is evidenced by the data of the Kontur. It follows from these materials that the cost of sales of the Russian Robot in 2023 amounted to 8 million rubles, having decreased from 68 rubles in 2022. The gross profit of the Russian robot manufacturer fell from 19.8 million to 2.56 million rubles, and the annual loss from sales reached 10.7 million rubles (in 2023 there was a profit of 18 million rubles)
RusRobot's commercial expenses in 2023 exceeded 13.2 million rubles, which exceeds the same costs a year ago of 1.8 rubles. The company's accounts payable in 2023 amounted to 55.4 million rubles against 49.2 million rubles a year earlier. Accounts receivable decreased from 43.2 million to 25.1 million rubles.
As of December 2023, R&D centers of Russian Robot LLC are located in Moscow and Chelyabinsk. In the company's research centers, the company develops software for managing robotic complexes , industrial robotic manipulators of various capacities, and AGV automatic transporters.
In addition, conducts research and development work in the field of artificial intelligence and machine vision; software options are developed for various types of technological operations, such as welding, palletizing, etc.
