2021: Signing a memorandum with Stellantis to set up a lithium-ion battery JV
Stellantis N.V. and Samsung SDI on October 21, 2021 announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding aimed at creating a joint venture to produce cells and battery modules for the North American market.
