History

2021: Raising $2.25 million

December 22, 2021 it became known about the investment of $2.25 million in the EdTech-platform "Synchronization." The first round of financing for the company was attended by:

  • investment holding Avenir;
  • co-owner and general director of Rusagro Maxim Basov;
  • venture fund Adfirst.vc;
  • angel investor Anton Volkov;
  • private investor Mikhail Tsyferov;
  • CEO Sports.ru Mark Ten;
  • operating director Sports.ru Stas Korostelev;
  • co-founder of the communication agency Setters Yevgeny Davydov.

About attracting the first investments in the press service of the company "Synchronization" told "Kommersant." At the same time, they did not disclose the estimated value of the startup. The lecture hall will spend the funds received from investors to finalize IT solutions within the product, launch new courses and enter international markets.

The publication cites kartoteka.ru data, according to which the co-founders of Synchronization Maria Borodetskaya and Andrei Lobanov own 49.5% and 47.5% of the company, respectively. Tatyana Bogdanova owns 2% of the project, Mark Ten - 1%.

According to Maxim Basov, the hobby education market is growing rapidly and opens up huge prospects for companies that are ready to grow with it.
